Initial Consultation

Initial sessions are 60-90 minutes.

It is requested that any medical records be provided prior to appointment time to allow your dietitian to review and therefore devote the entirety of the session to nutrition therapy. This session is designed to establish care, determine nutrition diagnosis after a thorough nutrition assessment and determine most appropriate interventions based on individual client needs.
